At The Gardens on Glenwood Condominium Owners Association, Inc, we pride ourselves on keeping our residents connected through events and activities. We are proud of our community engagement, and through our website and mobile app, we keep everyone informed about area happenings, maintenance, security, events, and more.
The Gardens on Glenwood, located on seven acres of beautifully landscaped property with gardens and streams, is a community comprised of 87 condos and four townhouses. The five buildings of condominiums are constructed with steel and 12” of post-tension concrete between floors. Every condominium has two assigned parking spaces and one assigned storage unit. Amenities include a pool, state of the art fitness center, cutting garden and two grills. Adjacent to the property is the Glenwood Village Shopping Center with retail businesses such as a grocery store, spa, and several restaurants.
